These terms apply to your use of Metaobjectify, a Shopify app provided by Mercat Labs (“we”, “us”), and to this website. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. Your use of Shopify itself is covered by Shopify’s own terms.
Using the app
Metaobjectify lets you import, export and update metaobject entries in your Shopify store using CSV files. You are responsible for the content of the files you import and for checking the results in your store. We recommend exporting your entries before every import so you can restore them if needed.
Plans and billing
- The Free plan includes 5 CSV imports and unlimited CSV exports. Paid plans and their limits are listed on our pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed in USD every 30 days through your Shopify bill.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app or by uninstalling it.
- Refunds are handled under Shopify’s billing rules for apps, and as required by law.
Your data
You keep ownership of your store data and of the files you upload. We process them only to provide the app, as described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to:
- break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- upload files containing malicious code;
- interfere with the security or operation of the app or of Shopify.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available and reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features from time to time; we will give notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim related to it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date, and tell you in the app or by email about significant changes.
